A gem set in the heart of the Forest of Bowland

Visitors are invited to relax and wander in unspoiled countryside, woodland, views to the distant Fells and a 3 acre lake. You can see the new restoration of the Lily Pond and the wilderness garden, originally created in 1711 in the design of a Union Jack. Here at Browsholme there is much to see, and dogs are welcome to!

Hall

Get a unique insight into how 14 generations of the Parker family have lived at Browsholme, from Henry VII to the present day.

The Gardens

Set in over 600 acres of countryside in the Forest of Bowland, this remarkable venue is the perfect place to stage any type of celebration.

Coach Trips

Woodland Glade, our exclusive glamping site, features 10 luxury bijou lodges, so you can linger a little while longer in this fabulous setting.

Plan your visit any Tuesday ** and Wednesday from 17th May to mid October (provisional) 11.00am – 4.00pm.

House and Garden

Guided tours to the Hall are limited to 8 visitors and have been arranged at 12 Noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm; when face coverings must be worn.

Tearoom

The new Cart Shed will be open from 11.00am onwards, on the above days when those not visiting the Hall or Gardens would also be welcome.

  • Cart Shed Tearoom will be open if you require refreshments.

  • Well behaved dogs welcome
  • Tickets limited to 50 visitors per day
